Big picture

Why these measurements matter outside the analysis details.

HNLs

Neutrino mass & the early universe

Heavy neutral leptons are a leading idea for how neutrinos get mass, and they sit in models of the early universe.

Multiple-Higgs

Stability of the universe

Di-Higgs and tri-Higgs production probe the Higgs potential. That potential sets whether the vacuum we live in is stable, metastable, or something else.

Charm

The strong force

Precision D / Ds production measurements that test QCD — the strong force — and feed inputs used in rare-decay searches.
